Awarded the Certificate of Efficiency from the H.M. Victualling Depot for sterling service to the troop ships during World War II.
Certificates of merit and accolades for high level of service by prestigious establishments including Cunard White Star, Her Majesty's Indian Naval Dockyard and Mazagon Dock Ltd.

A self-made industrial pioneer, Ahmed S. Moloobhoy founded the business in 1905, beginning with the dismantling of mills and ship structures along Mumbai's historic waterfront at Darukhana. He was also the first Chairman of the Darukhana Iron and Steel Merchants Association (DISMA).

Sunil Rajasekharan brings 32 years of distinguished Indian Navy experience, retiring at the rank of Commodore, to his role as Chief Operating Officer of Moloobhoy Group. Over the past year, he has focused on strengthening operational frameworks, enhancing cross-functional coordination and driving greater accountability and execution discipline. As the technical backbone of the organisation, he provides critical technical leadership and operational oversight, supporting the Group’s commitment to excellence, reliability and sustainable growth.
Amit Kumar Roy is an ex-Indian Navy professional with extensive maritime and operational expertise. He oversees Navy Sales, LSA/FFA project execution, and procurement at the Moloobhoy Group, supporting defence and maritime customers through effective project coordination and delivery.
Pranjal is Vice President Operations at Moloobhoy Group, with a focus on the Electronics segment. With nearly 25 years of experience, including seven years in the GCC, he is an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus and has served as a specialist officer in the Indian Navy and Associate Director at PwC, leading major transformation and technology projects. He leads end-to-end Operations and Project Execution across businesses, while contributing to Group strategy and overseeing corporate communications, PR and digital presence.
Anees Prabhu, Head - Projects & Business Development at Moloobhoy Group, bringing over two decades of experience in maritime sales, business development and marine technology. With his strong background in marine navigation and communication systems, he brings deep industry knowledge, customer relationships and commercial expertise to the Group. At Moloobhoys, he is focused on driving business development, expanding market opportunities and strengthening customer engagement, while translating the Group’s technical capabilities into sustainable business growth.
Trilok Singh Bahl leads the Spares & Repairs business at Moloobhoy Group, bringing together marine engineering expertise, sailing experience, and a strong customer-focused approach. A Marine Engineer trained at South Tyneside College, UK, he specializes in delivering timely, reliable, and technically sound solutions for demanding vessel requirements.
Having served as a key leadership position at Moloobhoy Group for nearly a decade, he played a vital role in strengthening the organisation’s business and operational framework. Today, his association with Moloobhoy Training reflects his continued contribution to maritime capability building. His combination of financial acumen, maritime industry knowledge and business leadership brings a valuable depth of experience to the Moloobhoy Group.
Shib Shankar Bose is bringing deep technical and operational expertise to the organisation’s Life Saving Appliances and Fire Fighting Appliances business. With extensive experience in marine safety equipment and compliance, he leads the SBU across sales, technical solutions, execution and customer service, ensuring reliable and timely support to vessels and shipyards. His technical expertise and strong understanding of regulatory and safety requirements make him a key pillar of Moloobhoy’s LSA/FFA business.
Alok Tripathi is the SBU Head - Sales, Large Projects & Ship Building at Moloobhoy Group, with extensive experience in maritime sales, shipbuilding and customer engagement. He leads large shipbuilding projects, developing strategic shipyard relationships and driving opportunities across electronic systems, LSA and FFA solutions. He works closely with customers, shipyards and internal teams to deliver integrated maritime solutions from project development through execution.
Piyush Jain is the Head of Manufacturing at Moloobhoy Group and a former Indian Navy professional, bringing strong technical, operational and maritime expertise to the organisation. He leads manufacturing operations for critical marine safety equipment including lifeboats, rescue boats, davits, etc. with a focus on production excellence, quality, safety and timely execution. His Navy experience, combined with his manufacturing leadership, supports the Group in building reliable and globally compliant marine safety solutions.
Vijesh Mathuvil is the SBU Head - Technical, Electronic Service at Moloobhoy Group, leading technical operations and service delivery. With extensive maritime electronics experience, he oversees shipboard navigation, communication and safety systems, ensuring reliable, compliant and efficient technical support for customers.
CA Rajkumar Sarawagi has been associated with the Moloobhoy Group for nearly three decades, having led and overseen the organisation’s finance function for almost 30 years. During this tenure, he has been responsible for key areas of financial management, accounting, taxation and financial controls. In his current role, Rajkumar focuses on banking relationships, treasury management and financial operations, leveraging his extensive domain knowledge and long-standing relationships with financial institutions.
Siddhant Patkar is the Head of Finance, Accounts & Commercial at Moloobhoy Group, bringing more than a Decade of experience across finance functions. A Chartered Accountant professionally, he has built his expertise across organisations including DP World, KC Maritime and Coldman Logistics. At Moloobhoys, he oversees the financial and commercial agenda, with a focus on financial discipline, controls, cash flow, business partnering and enabling informed decision-making for sustainable growth.
Digvijay Belurkar is a technology and digital transformation professional with over a decade of experience, including three years with the Moloobhoy Group. He leads the Group’s digital transformation and AI initiatives, driving process automation, data-driven decision-making and adoption of emerging technologies. With a focus on aligning technology with business objectives, he works to simplify processes, enhance operational efficiency and build a connected, agile and future-ready Moloobhoy Group.
Leena Dabholkar is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Moloobhoy Group, bringing almost two decades of experience in Human Resources. An HR alumna of Symbiosis International University, she leads the Group’s people, culture and transformation agenda. Her focus is on building a structured, process-driven and high-performance organisation through stronger talent, leadership, performance management and employee experience, while preserving the entrepreneurial spirit of Moloobhoys.
