is a part of The Eide Group and is a leading supplier of marine and offshore equipment in a global perspective.
The product range covers: Lifeboats, Rescue Boats, Fast Rescue Boats and compatible Davits for the marine and offshore industry. These are Wheel Marked and conform to SOLAS regulations.
EIDE also manufactures and supplies Pneuamtic Rubber Fenders.
6 Persons Capacity Rescue Boat - NorMar 425
Weight of boat fully laden including 5 persons and 1 person lying down : 882 Kgs.
Outboard engine : 25 HP Petrol
Speed : 6 Knots
Important feature: It can be installed on an existing 1 tonne Davit. This is very relevant for retrofit sales.
Davit for above is JYR14; safe working load capacity: 1400 kgs.
6 to 15 Persons Capacity Fast Rescue Boats
With outboard engine from 60 to 90 HP (Petrol) - Twin engines or Single engine.
Or
With Inboard (diesel engine) with Water Jet Propulsion BUKH engine 212 HP.
Speed is 20 to 34 knots.
Is sold with/without Self Righting Appartus as per Customer requirements.
Two types of Davits :-
- Single Arm Davit JYR21 - can be used with Single Outboard Engine. FRC safe working load is 2100 Kgs.
- "A" Frame Davit JYH30 - is always used with Inboard Engine or Twin Outboard Engines. Safe working load is 3000 Kgs.
Totally Enclosed Lifeboats
There are Cargo (C) Version and Tanker (Fire Protected - T) Version. Capacity from 20 to 150 persons.
The Tanker version has a sprinkler system and a specialized air supply system, as per SOLAS regulations.
Several Options Type of Davits are available for these Totally Enclosed Lifeboats.
Free Fall Lifeboats
There are Cargo (C) Version and Tanker (Fire Protected - T) Version. Capacity from 19 to 60 persons.
Davits are available for each size of Free Fall Lifeboats.
Both, Totally Enclosed Lifeboat and Free Fall Lifeboat come with Onload Release Hook System and Offload Release Hook System.
