Purchase
The Purchase department is self explanatory. It is responsible for purchasing OEM equipment from all our International suppliers around the world and in India against Purchase Orders received by the General and Electronic Sales, and Service departments, including the Branches.
It is in charge of making remittances to the respective OEM and ensuring that all our local, national and international suppliers are paid in a timely fashion and against a Proforma Invoice and/or an Actual Invoice.
The department is efficient and self-sufficient because it has every latest technology available to the members: such as skype, online banking, wire transferring abilities, blackberry access and connectivity.
Therefore, our employees are available to our OEMs and Suppliers at all times, despite the time-difference between countries; making the reaction time: almost instant!
