Accounts & Credit Control

Our Accounts and Credit Control department is responsible for all finances and petty cash. It controls the company accounts, independent member bank accounts and capital accumulation/collection from customers for Head Office and all Moloobhoy branches.

We have recently introduced the system of a provisional, yet quarterly audited Balance Sheet with a comprehensive Profit and Loss Statement. Through our internal system: Moloobhoy Online, the accounts department has rendered a commendable performance and now all expenses, purchases, income, etc. is virtually available online and is real time. Members are allowed to access the software locally, through the intranet server using their Username and Password at any time.

Ranging from credit control, payment of statutory dues; filing of returns – VAT, Income Tax, Service Tax, etc., undertaking audits and reconciliation of all commercial statements – the accounts department is a dynamic and systematic department.
